La Isla Huapi es uno de los mayores parajes que atesora la comuna de Futrono. Ubicada en el centro norte del lago Ranco es la única de las 13 islas habitadas. Es una invitación retroceder en el tiempo y adentrarse en una aventura en la que sólo caminar por los alrededores implica un aprendizaje de un importante reducto mapuche-huilliche del sur de Chile.

The Huapi Island is one of the greater places that treasures the commune of Futrono. Located in the north center of Lake Ranco is the only one of the 13 inhabited islands.
